MOLO Bistecca is an event that will bring together the best of NYC and Tuscany in true MOLO style, to create a carnivore lovers evening.
As the first night has already sold out, we have decided to extend this event to a second night with the addition of Thursday, where MOLO will turn into a New York Steak House.
MOLO Bistecca is an idea Riccardo has had in mind for a long time. It stems from more than a decade of living in NYC. New York Is known for having some of the best steak houses in the world. He has drawn on his personal experiences and love of these steak houses.
Featuring dry-aged beef Bistecca Fiorentina centre cuts from Royal Easter Show 2021 Grand champion, supplied by Craig the Natural Butcher.
