It’s nearly our favourite time of year, when the sun lingers on the wharf a little longer, the flowers start to bloom, and our favourite foods are in abundance.
After a long winter, there’s nothing better than celebrating the arrival of spring than with a seasonal feast. Join us at 7pm on Wednesday 23rd September at MOLO Bar for a four course spring menu with wines to match.
As usual, our menu will be meticulously designed to feature the best of the season. You’ll be able to taste all the flavours of spring with each bite.

On arrival - Hugo Spritz
Composed salad of broad beans, peas, zucchini flowers, crema of pecorino filled cannoli
Caramelle (candy shaped pasta) filled with braised Spring lamb, potato puree, pecorino, light broth
Pesce al “Cartoccio” fish baked in parchment paper, roasted potatoes, cherry tomato, artichokes
